Arrest History in Alpine County
The Alpine County Sheriff's Office is the main local law enforcement agency identified in county sources. California Highway Patrol can create records for highway enforcement, and state or federal officers may handle conduct on the large share of Alpine County land under government management.

At the appointment, staff take fingerprints, run a criminal history search, ask booking questions, and charge a booking fee. The official source does not state the fee amount. Alpine County Arrest Custody Routes
Alpine County has no jail facility. The Superior Court criminal division says jail services are contracted with El Dorado and Calaveras counties. A person arrested in Alpine County may therefore be absent from any local roster because there is no local roster to check.

This difference matters: county contract custody is not state prison. CIRIS only covers people in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation custody. Locate the person first, then use the rules of the actual facility.
